Job Summary
Administer medications and supervise clinical tasks in compliance with Federal, State, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Complete admission assessments, acute and long-term care plans, and discharge documentation while tracking clinical systems such as wounds or infection control. Respond quickly to emergencies, notify physicians and families of health changes, and provide general community health consultations. Maintain resident confidentiality, adhere to the Safety & Disaster Plan, and deliver educational meetings for residents and staff. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and 1+ years of skilled nursing experience. Hourly rate $36.00–$42.00.
Required Qualifications

- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school
- Area of Study: Nursing
- 1+ years
- skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting
- Registered Nurse's License current, with no judgments against it, in the state in which he/she is practicing
- CPR certified
- Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
