Job Summary
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment for patients in the comfort of their home. Monitor patient's condition, compose patient charts, and assist patients in daily activities. Take and record vitals and provide caregiver relief on 1 on 1 basis. Active IL nursing license and current CPR certification required. Weekly pay with direct deposit available for flexible schedules.
