Job Summary
Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an average nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Utilize proficient clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication to perform assessments and manage time effectively within a collaborative Med Surg team. Provide personal, compassionate care demonstrating strong customer service skills. Requires current Missouri RN license or LPN IV-Certified license, BLS certification, and prior EMR experience. Previous Med Surg experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN license or current Missouri LPN IV-Certified license
- BLS certification
- Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Med Surg (1-3 years preferred) or related experience
