Job Summary
RN/LPN in-home pediatric private-duty nursing (1:1 care) in Watertown, SD and Florence, SD. Provide care to pediatric patients in patients’ homes, including G-tube feedings, trach and ventilator support as needed, medication administration, and adherence to state/Nurse Practice Acts. Responsible for updating clinical records, coordinating with physicians, mentoring new staff during orientations, educating patients and caregivers, participating in QA/QI activities, and maintaining confidentiality. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities; travel required to patients’ homes with shift options including days, evenings, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license (e.g., eNLC)
- 1 years of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- Clear background screening
- CPR certification
- Hep B screening
- TB screening
