Job Summary
RN/LPN Per Diem opportunity delivering nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment across all shifts; duties include accurate assessments, documenting status, communicating changes to leadership and family, supervising Resident Care Assistants, mentoring Lead RCAs, coordinating care with providers, supporting resident independence, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Requires active LPN or RN licensure and CPR certification; previous elderly-care experience preferred. Per diem roles with shift differentials and up to $42/hour are offered with benefits availability.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an LPN or RN
- CPR certification
- Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements)
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of nursing experience (preferred)
- Experience with elderly population desirable
