Job Summary
Deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment as an LPN/RN per diem. Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status; supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead RCAs; coordinate care needs with community providers through effective case management; respond to emergencies and report changes per state regulations; ensure elder safety and proper documentation while balancing service demands with resident independence.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification
- Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements)
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable
