Job Summary
Residential program seeks compassionate LPN and RN professionals to care for medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include maintaining a structured routine with activities such as house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication while upholding human rights; implementing Positive Behavior Support and Individual Service Plans; and applying de-escalation/crisis management techniques as needed.Qualifications include MA state LPN or RN license, background check, valid driver’s license, and TB screening with periodic updates.
