Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric in-home nursing care in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas (Brandon, Sioux Falls) as a PRN role. Responsibilities include delivering nursing services within licensure scope, maintaining updated patient records, evaluating nursing care effectiveness, consulting with physicians on care plan changes, mentoring new staff during orientation, educating patients/caregivers on care needs, participating in QA/QAPI activities, and adhering to compliance and ethics expectations. Eligible patients include infant/toddler/teen/young adult clients with needs such as G-tube care, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and medication administration. Requires travel to patients' homes; flexible 8/10/12-hour shifts; schedule may include weekdays and weekends. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- Clear background screening
- Valid CPR certificate
- Hep B Screening where applicable
- TB Screening where applicable
- CPR card/certificate with in-person skills check
- Ability to read and communicate in English
Desired Qualifications
