RN/LPN Pediatric Homecare - Trach/Vent

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home, adhering to the written plan of care and physician's treatment orders. Deliver respectful care to patients, families, and caregivers while maintaining confidentiality and providing patient education. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey required. Base pay ranges from $33 to $45 per hour, with total compensation varying by location and experience. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and PTO, begin after 60 days for full-time employees working 30+ hours weekly. Paid training and 24/7 clinical support are provided to ensure success.
