Job Summary
Provide 1:1 skilled nursing for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Deliver respectful care to patients, families, and caregivers while maintaining confidentiality and following the written plan of care and physician's treatment orders. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and provide patient and caregiver education as required. Complete additional case-specific requirements outlined during agency orientation. Full-time, part-time, and various shift options are available with comprehensive training and 24/7 support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care
