Job Summary
RN/LPN pediatric homecare opportunity in Walnut, IA providing 1:1 private duty nursing for toddlers. Responsibilities include trach/vent care, G-tube care, ventilator support, medication administration, and maintaining up-to-date clinical records. Roles require traveling to patients' homes with shifts including overnight and daytime hours (e.g., 12:00am–8:00am or 10:00pm–6:00am; 7:00am–5:00pm on weekdays). Must hold an LPN/LVN license (or equivalent) with eligibility for state practice acts, CPR certification, and a background check. Training, 24/7 clinical team support, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states
- Clear background screening
- Working knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts
- Valid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills check
- Clear Hep B Screening in applicable states
- Clear TB Screening in applicable states
