Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric nursing care as an RN or LPN to pediatric patients in Edgewater, FL. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing services within licensure scope, maintaining updated clinical records, evaluating nursing care effectiveness, consulting with physicians on care plan changes, mentoring new employees during patient-oriented orientations, educating patients and caregivers on care needs, participating in QA/QI activities, completing mandatory training, and ensuring confidentiality. Role requires travel to patients' homes, with shifts that may be 8, 10, or 12 hours and scheduling flexibility across days of the week. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License (state of employment or multi-state license)
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Background screening
- CPR card (in person)
- Hep B screening
- TB screening
- Compliance with Nurse Practice Acts
- Clear background screening per state requirements
- CPR certification with in-person skills check
Desired Qualifications
