Job Summary
RN and LPN positions in pediatric home health providing one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes. Roles involve delivering skilled nursing care within the scope of licensure, following individualized care plans, maintaining clinical records, coordinating with physicians and the clinical team, educating patients and families, and contributing to quality assurance initiatives. Flexible scheduling available (full-time, part-time, or PRN as stated), opportunities for professional growth, and supportive team culture. Must hold an active RN or LPN license (Florida or Compact State) and CPR certification; pediatric/home health experience is a plus but not required. Travel to patient homes is required; 1:1 patient care ratio and adherence to state Nurse Practice Acts and organizational policies are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license (Florida or Compact State)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance (where applicable)
- Pediatric or home health experience a plus — but not required
