Job Summary
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and coordinate care. Educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care. Provide direct, one-on-one medical care with a 1:1 patient care ratio. Full-time and part-time shifts available including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
