Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment, collaborating with a team to maintain resident independence and quality of life. Work part-time Wednesdays from 7pm to 7am. Valid and un-encumbered state nursing license required; one or more years of LPN experience preferred. Experience in assisted living or memory care is a bonus.
Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
