Job Summary
RN/LPN part-time evening nursing role in Pine River, MN. Provides individualized nursing care following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for residents, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team, coordinates care, may serve as charge nurse, and supports delegation to licensed/unlicensed staff. Requires current nursing license, with bachelor’s degree preferred and experience in clinical nursing practice; evening shifts with potential to pick up additional shifts. Compensation ranges from $28/hour for LPN to $38/hour for RN, with 401K and evening differential; requires compliance with state nursing practice standards and organization policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred; RN license in state of practice or multistate license; unencumbered license; willingness to obtain required competencies/certifications
