Job Summary
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment, monitor patient conditions, and compose patient charts. Assist patients with daily activities, take and record vitals, and provide caregiver relief in one-on-one settings. This 6am-4pm day shift role is available Fridays for RNs and LPNs with an active Illinois nursing license and current CPR certification. No pediatric or home care experience is required.
