Job Summary
Conduct biometric screenings and immunization clinics at corporate sites, performing finger stick blood collection, blood pressure checks, and temperature screenings. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records and complying with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety policies. Travel up to 30 miles to event locations within regular business hours, utilizing provided PPE and sanitizing procedures. Complete required training and adhere to federal, state, and local laws.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- medical license (Nursing license)
- Formal medical education
- current appropriate medical certification
- Additional medical certification/licensure as required by state or regulatory requirements
- At least 2 years of healthcare experience in a professional health care setting
- Completion of a fingerstick within the last 1-2 years
- Proficient with finger stick blood collection methods
- Proficient with manual blood pressure
- At least one year of Immunization/IM injections experience
- Team Lead - Skills required for proper specimen and reagent handling
- Skills required for proper specimen and reagent labeling
- Skills required for proper specimen and reagent processing
- Skills required for proper specimen and reagent preparation
- Skills required for proper specimen and reagent transportation
- Skills required for proper specimen and reagent storage
- willing to travel a 30-mile radius to the site
- Lift light to moderately heavy objects
- Fine dexterity with hands/steadiness
- Examining/observing details
- COVID-19 precautions
