Job Summary
RN or LPN needed for night shift at Hopewell Grove in Chillicothe, Ohio. Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring resident conditions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care. Weekend requirement: every other weekend; schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week. Sign-on bonus available for RN up to $10,000.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
