Job Summary
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment. Monitor patient's condition, compose patient charts, assist with daily activities, and record vitals. Offer caregiver relief during shifts. This 1-on-1 patient care model supports children and adults in their homes across Illinois and Missouri. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
