Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor resident health and vital signs, and report changes to medical staff. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming while maintaining accurate resident records. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing emotional support to residents and families. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards. Valid LPN/RN license in Oklahoma and CPR certification required. Night shift position with full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
