Job Summary
Conduct skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in a Senior Healthcare Community setting, managing both skilled rehab and long-term care units as a float nurse. Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation and provide IV therapy while working 40-hour weeks with every-other-weekend schedules. Maintain STR and LTC experience to support residents and families in a stable, teamwork environment. We offer competitive wages ranging from $35 to $48/hour, including shift differentials, and cover out-of-state licensing fees.
Required Qualifications
- Skilled/Rehab experience
- Experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
- IV experience
- Must be comfortable working on both skilled rehab unit and LTC units
- Must have STR and LTC experience
- 40 hours/week
- Includes every other weekend
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
