RN/LPN Needed in Mesa, AZ for 1:1 Care in the Home

Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home, including administering medications, performing assessments, and assisting with activities of daily living. Follow physician orders, complete accurate clinical documentation, and maintain a safe environment while adhering to enhanced infection-prevention practices for a medically fragile patient. Communicate effectively with physicians, family, and the clinical team.
