Job Summary
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment, monitor patient conditions, and compose patient charts. Assist patients with daily activities, take and record vitals, and provide caregiver relief. This 1-on-1 home care role serves children and adults in Illinois and Missouri. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Active Illinois nursing license and current CPR certification are required.
