Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 nursing care in patients’ homes (home health) in Kewanee, IL, on a Monday-Friday day shift (7am-5pm). RN/LPN responsibilities include delivering nursing care per the physician care plan, monitoring patient conditions, documenting charts, taking and recording vitals, assisting with daily activities, and providing caregiver relief. Positions are full-time, part-time, or PRN with weekly pay, health benefits, paid vacation, and 24/7 RN support. Must hold an active Illinois nursing license and current CPR certification.
