Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to Memory Care residents by administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident conditions, communicate changes to physicians and family members, and complete accurate, timely documentation. Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations while promoting a safe, resident-centered environment. Full-time day shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm) at The Woods, A Nightingale Community in Monticello, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arkansas RN or LPN license in good standing
- Full-time day shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm)

- Long-term care, assisted living, or memory care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
