Job Summary
RN/LPN – Med/Surg with night shift: provides direct and indirect patient care, performs head-to-toe assessments, manages pain, educates patients and families, assists physicians with procedures, administers medications, and ensures patient safety and documentation in a hospital Med/Surg setting. Requires nursing licensure (RN or LPN) and BLS; strong communication and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and care teams; adherence to regulatory standards and performance improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within state of practice
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
