Job Summary
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment for patients in their homes. Monitor patient conditions, compose charts, assist with daily activities, and record vitals. Offer caregiver relief while maintaining 1-on-1 patient care. This full-time day shift role (7:00am–4:00pm) in Le Roy, IL, requires an active Illinois nursing license and current CPR certification.
