Job Summary
Join Benchmark at Orchard Valley as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 9a-5p role in a warm, home-like environment. Deliver nursing care to residents as part of a collaborative team, accurately assess and document residents’ status, communicate changes to care leaders, supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants, coordinate with community providers, support resident independence, and respond to emergencies. Requires an LPN license (or RN), CPR certification, approved LPN program, and 1–2 years of nursing experience with the elderly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification
- Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements)
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable
