Job Summary
RN/LPN for a Skilled Nursing facility at Friendship Village (Life Plan Community) in Chesterfield, MO, working full-time night shifts (8hr or 12hr) with shift differential. Provides direct nursing care and supervises staff; assists residents with Activities of Daily Living, supports independent living, initiates individual care plans based on health goals and orders, assists with transfers, records vital signs and care documentation, maintains clean and safe unit areas, ensures OSHA compliance, and communicates with physicians and the Director of Nursing to promote residents' quality of life and participation in activities. Requires an active state license and CPR certification; experience in geriatric/rehabilitation nursing and knowledge of applicable regulations.
