Job Summary
Deliver direct resident care aligned with individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments with accuracy, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure consistent quality. Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards while promoting the health, comfort, and dignity of residents in our 60-bed community. Work full-time on the 2nd shift or part-time on the 2nd shift or every other weekend, earning extra weekend and hero pay. Current RN license and medication administration certification required. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Medication Administration and IV certification
- Strong understanding of state rules and regulations
