RN/LPN FT D 6a-2p

Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests by administering medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor resident conditions, communicate changes with the care team, and partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care. Complete documentation accurately and timely while communicating with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards to help create a positive, supportive environment. Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska required with experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred. Full-time days schedule from 6:00am to 2:00pm with every other weekend rotation.
