RN/LPN for Home Care Client - 12HR shifts - Per Diem

Job Summary
Care for individual clients based on personalized Plans of Care while informing the Director of Nursing and other personnel of changes in client conditions. Counsel clients and families through the care process, regularly updating them on progress. Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and participate in agency performance improvement activities. This role requires a current unrestricted LPN or RN license in Florida with at least one year of clinical experience, plus a clean background check. Candidates must understand regulatory compliance, adhere to HIPAA, and hold CPR certification. Shifts include 12-hour rotations on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and some days 8P-8A, with training and shadow shifts provided.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one (1) year of documented clinical experience
- Clean background and criminal record
- Understanding of regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
- CPR Certification
- LPN or RN License
