RN / LPN Director of Mental Health Program

Lead a small disciplinary team comprising a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator to provide mental health services to older adults in the Osmond, NE community. Engage with the local community through education and presentations, while driving referral development through hospital staff and community resources. Grow and maintain patient census while ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines. This role supports a collaborative care team for adults ages 65+ in an intensive outpatient setting. Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no weekends, and seven paid holidays off.
