RN/LPN – Day Shift

Provide quality medical care for clients throughout admission, treatment, and discharge while coordinating pharmacy needs, dispensing medication, and maintaining clear med logs. Collaborate with extended medical, clinical, and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care, and maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking, and reporting for each client. Deliver patient education in individual and group settings within a 100-bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
