Job Summary
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment, monitor patient conditions, and compose patient charts. Assist patients with daily activities, take and record vitals, and provide caregiver relief. This 1-on-1 home care role serves children and adults in Illinois and Missouri, offering flexible day shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. An active Illinois nursing license and current CPR certification are required, with bilingual skills preferred. Weekly pay and direct deposit are available for full-time, part-time, and PRN hours.
