Job Summary
Full-time RN/LPN position in the Critical Time Intervention program, providing nursing assessments and care for adults with behavioral and physical health needs. Requires RN/LPN licensure in NY, 2 years clinical experience, and is subject to on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must hold and maintain current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in New York
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in mental health or community healthcare
- Must be and maintain clearance by applicable regulatory clearances as required
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Basic computer knowledge: typing, communication tools, scheduling tools and web browsers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems
- Fluency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
