Conduct a same-day interview and receive a job offer at The Greens at Spruce Pine Nursing Hiring Event on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome to meet leadership, tour the community, and accept full-time roles for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, or Certified Nursing Assistants. Eligible candidates may receive up to $12,000 in sign-on bonuses for RNs and LPNs, $5,000 for CNAs, plus an additional $500 hiring bonus for full-time acceptance.
