RN/LPN/CMA Oak Ridge Peds Full Time Days

Collects comprehensive patient data, formulates nursing diagnoses, and develops individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. Implements coordinated delivery of interventions while evaluating progress toward expected outcomes and systematically assessing practice quality. Collaborates with families in ethical nursing practice, integrates research findings, and contributes to professional development of peers. Manages goal-directed care using primary nursing principles in accordance with departmental policies. Requires a Tennessee nursing license, Bachelors degree, and pediatric experience. Full-time days shift with physical demands including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
