Job Summary
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including a psychiatric physician and social worker, to provide comprehensive nursing care to older adults enrolled in the behavioral health program. Engage the local community to develop and deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars promoting mental health awareness and informing residents of available resources. Contribute to program enhancement by providing insights on patient care processes, participating in regular team meetings to discuss treatment strategies, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. This full-time role in Marion, KS, features a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm with no call or weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing
- Associates of above
