Job Summary
LPN Charge Nurse on 7a-7p shift responsible for delivering medications and treatments under supervision of Medication Aids, monitoring resident conditions, responding to changes, supporting activities of daily living, maintaining clear documentation, communicating with interdisciplinary teams and families, and upholding infection control and safety standards. Requires an active LPN license in good standing; prior experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting is preferred. Location: Augusta, Georgia. Top pay and benefits with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
