Job Summary
As an RN/LPN Charge Nurse on the 2nd shift, you will provide nursing care to residents per the care plan, including passing medications, taking vitals, and completing related documentation. You will guide and supervise nurse aides on your unit, contribute to the care plan process, and ensure accurate charting of patient information for medical records. Effective communication with staff, providers, patients, and families is essential, as is working with a dedicated team to deliver geriatric nursing care.
Required Qualifications
- Indiana RN or LPN license
- Licensed to work as RN/LPN in Indiana
- Ability to guide nurse aides, participate in care plan process, document patient information accurately
