Job Summary
Supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans, identify patient goals and approaches, resolve patient and family concerns, and summarize concerns for the Clinical Unit Manager. Maintain a current North Carolina Board of Nursing license and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents while fostering a team philosophy. Required Qualifications
- Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a License Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
