Job Summary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate individualized resident care plans and participate in care plan meetings. Institute protocols for falls prevention, safety, behavior management, skin integrity, infection control, and pain assessment while assessing and documenting changes in residents' status. Administer and document medications, manage narcotics inventory, and provide leadership by preparing daily assignments and delegating workload to direct caregivers. Maintain positive relationships with residents and family members to facilitate open communication. Work 24 hours a week, 7-3, as a part-time RN or LPN. Starting wages are $37.50 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus subject to eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, University or nursing school
- Registered nursing (RN, LPN) license within the State of New Hampshire
- CPR certification
- Maintain CEU's annually

- Specialized knowledge of nursing care of the elderly
- Rehabilitative nursing knowledge
