Job Summary
Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) needed to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Lifeworks Residential Programs. Responsibilities include assessing nursing needs, administering and safely storing medications and supplies, providing health care and first aid, conducting health assessments and documentation, coordinating health services with therapists (Speech, Occupational, Physical), delivering self-care and daily living instruction, performing home visits, and ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and agency policies. Requires MA RN/LPN license, one year of nursing experience, valid driver’s license, and strong communication; MAP certification is preferred. Shift is 24 hours (3pm-11pm) with rotating weekends/holidays; part-time role with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current license with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
- One year of nursing experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
