RN/LPN 3rd Shift

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and provide direct nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Collaborate with physicians and families to coordinate resident care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols. Offer emotional support and education to residents and families while maintaining accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects. Work 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am as a full-time RN or LPN at Fieldstone of DeWitt. Requires a State of Iowa RN or LPN license, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to serving others.
