Job Summary
Conduct direct resident care in a team-focused environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary members to formulate and update individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments per guidelines, while instituting protocols for falls prevention, safety, infection control, and pain management. Assess and document changes in residents' physical or mental status, report findings to the primary care physician, and delegate workload appropriately to direct caregivers. Maintain positive relationships with team members, residents, and families to facilitate open communication. Start at $39.50/hr with a $3000 sign-on bonus subject to eligibility. Requires RN or LPN license in New Hampshire, BLS/CPR, and IV certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, University or nursing school
- Registered nursing (RN, LPN) license within the State of New Hampshire
- CPR certification
- Maintain CEU's annually

- Specialized knowledge of nursing care of the elderly
- Rehabilitative nursing knowledge
- Certified in intravenous administration
