RN/LPN - 3B Observation Unit (Nights) FT

Provide professional nursing care in the 3B Observation Unit by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient plans of care. Deliver direct patient care with a 1:5-6 ratio while collaborating with physicians, families, and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes. Work under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing, making independent decisions regarding confidential patient information. Provide night shift coverage from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every third weekend, as part of a full-time schedule with three shifts per week.
