Job Summary
Perform skilled nursing visits including wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments. Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support while monitoring and documenting their condition and progress. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA. Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols during 12-hour day and night shifts. Candidates must hold a valid Florida RN or LPN license, BLS certification, and current CEUs, alongside a Level 2 background clearance and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN Florida nursing license or compact license
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) card
- Florida required CEUs
- Physical health form within the last 6 months
- Negative TB skin test results, chest X-ray, or Quantiferon-TB Gold blood test results (QFT-PLUS)
- Level 2 background clearance to verify in ACHA
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Good driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
- 12hr Day and Night shifts availability
