Job Summary
Conduct resident care supervision for a specific group of residents at Seward Medical Center, including oversight of team members and coordination of referrals to clinical support, families, and physicians. Serve as the primary point of contact for elder information and nursing services delivered by Shahbazim, with direct accountability to the Director of Nursing. Maintain Alaska Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification while managing full-time variable shifts. This role supports Providence's mission of compassionate care for vulnerable populations within the Alaska network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of Nursing experience in a health care facility (acute care, long term care, rehabilitation center)
- Supervision/leadership experience
